Winter Garden, Florida

Websites and automation for Winter Garden small businesses

Plain speech, a fixed price in writing, and two people who build the thing themselves. If you run a storefront on Plant Street or a two-van crew out of a garage, you have probably been quoted something that made no sense at a price that made less. This is the other version.

Or call (407) 737-9933 and talk to Cyrus or Tristan directly. English or French.

Said plainly

Half of what gets quoted to a small business is a normal thing wearing an expensive word. Here is the translation, so you can tell whether you are being sold something or not.

“A digital transformation roadmap”

A list of what to fix, in the order it is worth fixing.

“Omnichannel customer engagement”

People can reach you by phone, text, email or the website, and you see all of it in one place.

“Workflow orchestration”

You type the job once instead of three times.

“A scalable content management solution”

You can change your own prices and photos without calling anyone.

“AI-powered lead capture”

Something on your site answers the usual questions at 10pm and takes the person's number.

“Discovery phase, billed hourly”

A conversation. Ours is free and takes half an hour.

Launch offer

Your first website with us

$790one-off, to start

It exists for one reason and we would rather say it than dress it up: we want the first project so that the automation, the hub or the assistant comes next. It is a real custom build, not a stripped one — the price is lower because it is the first thing we do for you, not because you get less of it.

Written for your business, not a theme

Works properly on a phone

A contact or quote form that reaches you

Your photos, your words, your prices

Set up so Google can find you

The domain and hosting stay in your name

Live in 24 hours, with the clock starting the moment we have your content and you have approved the layout. Standard builds after your first start at $1,200.

Ask what yours would cost

What we build, smallest first

Most small businesses only need the first one or two things on this list and nothing else. That is a fine place to stop.

A website people can find

What you do, where you are, what it costs, and a way to get hold of you. Fast on a phone, because that is where your customers are standing.

A quote form that does something

The enquiry arrives with the details you actually need to price the job, and it lands somewhere you will see it — not in a spam folder.

Quote to invoice, once

Approve the quote and the invoice builds itself from the same lines. No Sunday evening rebuilding this week's paperwork.

Someone to answer at 10pm

An assistant on your site that answers from your own documents — hours, prices, whether you cover a street — and takes a number when it cannot.

Your tools, connected

Your calendar, your accounting, your card reader. Kept, not replaced — we just stop you being the thing that carries information between them.

A hub, when the spreadsheet gives up

One place for jobs, customers and documents. This is the big one, and most people should not buy it yet.

The website is the 24-hour build, with the clock starting the moment we have your content and you have approved the layout. The quote, invoice and connected-tools work is task automation, and the last one on the list is a business hub.

Who we build for

Small agencies and independent operators. Trades first, because around here that is who is running the business from a phone in a van.

Trades & field work

Quotes, jobs, work orders and invoices that stop being re-typed.

Real estate

Listings, viewings, offers and the paperwork that follows them.

Clinics & practices

Scheduling, intake forms and follow-ups that run themselves.

Finance & insurance

Client intake, documents, signatures and reminders, handled properly.

Apartment rental & sales

Applications, leases, renewals and tenant requests without the inbox.

Car rental

Bookings, contracts, deposits and fleet availability in one place.

Shops, salons, restaurants and studios too. The list above is where we are strongest, not a door policy.

A number, in writing, before anyone starts

Starting prices, published, because a business that has to ask what something costs usually finds out it costs more than it should. Your figure gets written down and agreed before a line of work happens.

What that includes

  • The free half-hour call and the written scope
  • The build, and testing before anything goes live
  • Showing you how to run it, and notes in plain English
  • Ownership: the accounts and the work stay yours

What it does not

  • Third-party subscriptions. Billed to you, at your rate, in your name.
  • Writing all your copy from nothing. We help; you know your trade.
  • Photography. Your own phone photos are usually better anyway.
  • Anything we cannot connect to. You hear that on the call, not later.

Two people. Both of them build.

Cyrus and Tristan. That is the company. Nobody hands your project to a junior after the sales call, because there is no sales call and no junior. You get the number of the person writing the thing.

What we have instead of a wall of logos is this: a written scope, published prices, a process we spell out step by step, and a portal where you can watch it happen. We would rather be checkable than impressive.

Following your project

  • Every update the team makes shows up in your client portal, as it happens.
  • You can ask for a change at any point in the project, not only at the end.
  • Or just email support@cyrusmanagementgroup.com. It reaches both of us.

Look at the portal before you hire anyone. It is the same one our clients use.

We drive out to Winter Garden

Anything physical — a workstation, cabling, a phone system, the machine in the back office — we do in person, across Central Florida.

And remotely, anywhere in the US

Sites, automation and assistants are built remotely. Being three states away changes nothing except that we do not shake hands first.

English and French

Both of us speak both. On dit tout aussi clairement en français — the calls, the quote and the site itself.

Winter Garden is one town in our Central Florida service area. There are pages for Orlando and Kissimmee as well.

Questions people actually ask

Who actually builds it — you two, or someone we never meet?

Us two. Cyrus and Tristan are the whole company. The person who answers the phone is the person writing the code, which is why you can ask a question about your project and get a real answer in the same sentence instead of a promise to check with the developer. There is no account manager, no offshore team and nobody between you and the work.

Is the price really fixed, or does it grow once you start?

Fixed, and written down before anyone starts. We scope the job first, put a number on it, and that number is what you pay for that scope. If you later ask for something outside it we tell you what it costs before we do it, and you decide. The prices on this page are starting prices, so your quote may be higher than the figure shown — but you will see it in writing first, not on an invoice.

We are one small shop in downtown Winter Garden. Are we too small for you?

No. Small independent businesses are who this is built for. A lot of what agencies sell is priced for a company with a marketing department, and that is exactly the kind of quote a family-run storefront or a two-van trade business should walk away from. We keep the scope small on purpose so the decision can be made by the owner, in an afternoon, without a meeting.

Can we change our own prices and photos, or do we have to call you every time?

You change them yourself. A storefront that has to phone someone to correct a price ends up with a website that is wrong for two years, so we set yours up to be edited by whoever actually knows the answer — and we show them how before we hand it over. Call us for the bigger things: a new section, a new kind of page, something that has to be built. Not for a typo or a new photo of the shop.

Do we have to pay you every month forever?

No. The monthly care plan is optional, it is month to month, and what we built stays yours if you stop it. The site keeps running, the automation keeps running, and the accounts are in your name. The plan is there for people who would rather we handled the updates and backups than think about them. Leaving costs you nothing.

Ask what yours would cost

Half an hour, free, no obligation, and you get a number in writing at the end of it. If what you need is smaller than what you were about to buy, we will tell you that — it is a cheaper way for us to be trusted than pretending otherwise.
