Network & security

Wi-Fi, cabling, firewall and security, done once and properly.

Routers, firewalls and access points installed, cable runs, a VPN for remote staff, Microsoft 365 set up, backups and a security check — on site in Orlando and Central Florida, with a written plan before any work and the passwords handed over in writing.

Who it is for

For offices that need the network to just work.

A new office or a move

Cable runs, access points, a business router: planned before the furniture arrives, installed once the equipment is on site.

Wi-Fi that drops in the back room

A visit, a map of the coverage, and the access points placed where they are needed, not where the modem sits.

Staff working from home

A firewall with VPN, so the office files are reached securely from anywhere.

A security worry

A check-up of what is exposed — accounts, backups, updates, remote access — or a full assessment with a written report.

The problem we solve

A network job starts with a plan, not with a cart.

Equipment bought first and installed later is how an office ends up with three routers. Every job here starts with a visit or a call and a written plan, and you buy the equipment in your name, on our advice.

  1. See the place, count the devices, measure the coverage.
  2. Write the plan: equipment, runs, settings, dates, price.
  3. Install, configure, test and label.
  4. Hand over the passwords and the settings in writing.

Offers and prices

Priced per job, from the assessment visit.

Every network job starts at $149: the assessment visit or call, the plan of the work and the handover notes. Then each line is priced on its own: $149 per Wi-Fi access point, $179 per cable run, a business router $490 or a firewall with VPN $890, each new computer set up $99, each mailbox moved $49.

Prices in USD, before applicable taxes. Other jobs: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace set up $490, backups set up $190, a security check-up $99, a security assessment with a written report $990, an IT review and 12-month plan $490. Ongoing monitoring is not a one-off job: firewall and Wi-Fi monitoring is an option of IT support, $49/mo.

How it works

From the visit to the hand-over.

    Your request

The place, the number of people and devices, what works and what does not.

  2. 02

    Assessment

A visit in Orlando and Central Florida, or a call: the plan of the work, the equipment to buy, the price.

  3. 03

    Equipment

You buy it directly, in your name, on our advice; the work is scheduled once it is on site.

  4. 04

    Installation and hand-over

Installed, configured, tested and labelled; passwords and settings handed over in writing.

Timeline

  • Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin access, for the jobs that touch it.
  • One person who decides and receives the hand-over.

Questions worth settling first

How much does a network installation cost?

From $149 for the assessment visit and the plan, then per line: $149 per access point, $179 per cable run, $490 for a business router or $890 for a firewall with VPN. The estimator adds your lines; the quote confirms them after the visit.

Do you sell the equipment?

No. You buy it directly, in your name, on our advice — access points, firewall, switches, computers. Licences and subscriptions are billed by their providers too.

Can you run cables inside the walls?

Cable runs are priced per run. Cabling inside finished walls, conduit, core drilling and electrical work are quoted after the visit, or done by your electrician.

Do you monitor the network afterwards?

Monitoring is part of IT support, not of a one-off job: firewall and Wi-Fi monitoring adds $49/mo to a support plan, which starts at $207/mo.

How far do you travel?

On-site work within about 30 miles of Orlando, travel counted as on-site time; further out, travel is quoted first. Microsoft 365 setup, backups and mailbox moves can be done remotely anywhere in the United States.
