Cyrus Management Group is two people, Cyrus and Tristan, working out of Orlando. We build the software a small agency actually runs on — the website, the automations behind it, the hub where the work lives — and we still come out to the office when a server, a switch or a phone system needs hands on it.

Where Orlando usually starts
Starting prices, published. Your figure is quoted in writing before anyone builds anything.
Not a franchise of a company somewhere else. Two founders, one city, and the same two people from the first call to the handover.
Cabling, servers, workstations, phone systems. We drive across Central Florida for the physical work rather than talking you through it on the phone.
Both, properly, in meetings and in writing. In Orlando that matters more often than you would expect.
Four things, and they fit together. Start with whichever one hurts today; the others fit alongside it later, once you can see what the first one did to your week.
The job details you type into an email, then a spreadsheet, then the accounting software. Typed once. Quotes become invoices, reminders send themselves, the weekly report builds itself.
From $690 to build, $149/mo to keep running.
An assistant that answers from your own documents — your prices, your policies, your availability — instead of making things up. On your website, or inside your team's tools for the reading-and-sorting work.
Website assistant from $590, wider AI work from $890.
One place where jobs, customers, documents and staff live, instead of six browser tabs and a shared drive nobody trusts. Built around how your agency actually works, with a login for your clients if you want one.
From $2,900, then $190/mo.
A real, responsive, database-backed site — written by us, not dragged out of a template. We can deliver in 24 hours, and the clock starts the moment we have your content and you have approved the layout.
From $1,200, or $790 if it is your first website with us.
This is the older half of the business and we never dropped it, because an Orlando office with a flaky network does not need an AI assistant yet — it needs the network fixed. This is the work we do in person.
Workstations, servers, updates, backups and the accounts of people joining and leaving, looked after on a monthly basis.
Cabling, switches, firewalls and wifi that reaches the back office. Set up on-site, documented, and locked down afterwards.
Somewhere for your team to send the printer, the login and the laptop problems, so they stop landing on whoever is nearest.
What to buy, what to keep, what to switch off. Written down plainly, with the reasons, before you spend money on it.
Phone systems, cabling runs, a new workstation for a new hire, a server that needs racking — those are visits, and around Orlando a visit is the normal way we handle them.
Small agencies above all. Six to sixty people, one person who is the bottleneck for paperwork, and a budget that has to be signed off by someone in the building rather than a board.
Bookings, contracts, deposits and fleet availability in one place.
Listings, viewings, offers and the paperwork that follows them.
Applications, leases, renewals and tenant requests without the inbox.
Client intake, documents, signatures and reminders, handled properly.
Quotes, jobs, work orders and invoices that stop being re-typed.
Scheduling, intake forms and follow-ups that run themselves.
If your business is not on that list, the shape of the problem matters more than the label. If you can describe the chore click by click, it can usually be built.
Four steps, and you know the scope and the price before step three.
By phone, in your office if you are in the area, or through the assistant on this page. You describe the problem; we ask the awkward questions about how the work actually flows today.
What gets built, what does not, what we need from you, and what it costs. On paper, before anyone starts. If the numbers do not justify the build, that is what the document says.
Every update goes into the client portal as we make it. You are not waiting for a Friday email to find out where things stand, and you can ask for a change at any point in the project.
Training for your team, written documentation, and the accounts in your name. A care plan from $69/mo keeps hosting, updates, backups and support with us. It is optional, month to month.
You get a login to our client portal on day one. Every update the team makes shows up there as it happens, so "where are we?" is a page you open rather than an email you send.
Not a weekly summary written after the fact. What we did, when we did it.
Ask for something different at any point in the project. You are not locked into a spec you wrote before you had seen anything.
The decisions and the reasons stay in one place instead of scattered across three inboxes.
Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Altamonte Springs, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, Maitland, Oviedo, Ocoee, Windermere and the rest of the area. Anything physical is a visit, not a phone call: servers, cabling, phone systems, workstations.
Travel inside the area is included. Beyond it, we quote it before we go.
Automations, AI assistants, hubs and websites do not need anyone in the room. We work with businesses across the country on exactly the same terms, with the same portal and the same two people.
Meetings and documents in English or in French, whichever your team prefers.
Nous parlons français. Both founders work in English and in French — calls, documents, training and the finished interface. If your team, your clients or your paperwork run in French, nothing has to be translated by someone else afterwards.
Cyrus and Tristan are the two founders, and Orlando is where they live and work. When you call the number on this page, one of them answers it. There is no account manager layer, no offshore build team, and nobody you have never spoken to touching your systems.
Not inside Central Florida. On-site work is normal for us, not an exception: servers, cabling, phone systems and workstations cannot be fixed over a screen share. Anything outside that radius we quote before we travel, so travel never shows up as a surprise line on an invoice.
Sometimes, and we will tell you which it is before you pay anything. If the site is built on something we can work with and the problem is content, speed or a few broken pages, fixing is cheaper and we say so. If it is held together by an abandoned page builder, a rebuild costs less than a year of patching it.
Every package on this page shows a published starting price, so you can judge the range before you speak to anyone. Your exact figure comes from a short scoping conversation and arrives in writing, with the scope spelled out, before any work begins. If the job is not worth doing we say that instead of quoting it.
Yes. Everything except the physical work runs remotely, and we work with businesses anywhere in the United States that way. Orlando and Central Florida is simply where we can also turn up in person when there is hardware involved.
Start by telling us what is not working. We come back with a scope and a price in writing, and if we are not the right people for it we will say so.
