Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you send us, and what a website needs to run safely:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), city, subject and message.
• Quote request and estimator: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional) and your answers about the project.
• Assistant: your name, email address and phone number (optional) before the conversation starts, then what you type. If you ask the assistant to pass a note to our team, that note is sent with your contact details.
• Client area: your account (name, email address, company), the projects, files, quotes, invoices and messages shared there, and the date and IP address of sign-ins and important actions, for security.
• With every form: your IP address, to stop spam and abuse.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed, type of device and browser, approximate location and how you arrived on the site (Google Analytics). Our measurement never sends a name, an email address, a phone number or a message.

How we use it

• To answer your message, prepare your estimate or quote, and follow up on your request.
• To carry out the work you hire us for, invoice it and keep you informed in your client area.
• To keep the website and the client area secure: spam protection, rate limits, sign-in checks.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

The assistant

The “Chat with us” assistant gives pre-written answers: it is not a person and does not use an AI model. It only answers once you have signed in or given your name and email address.

The conversation is kept in your session on our server so it is still there when you reopen the assistant. It ends with the session: after about two hours without activity, or when you sign out. Conversations are not e-mailed to our team. Only a note you explicitly ask the assistant to send reaches us, with your contact details.

Service providers

A few companies help us run the website. They receive only what their service needs:

• Google Analytics (Google): visit statistics.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a form is sent by a person and not a robot, without a puzzle in most cases.
• Brevo: delivers the emails sent by the website (your requests to our team, messages from the client area).
• Stripe: online payment of invoices. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
• Google Maps, Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs): the map on the contact page, the font and the icons. Your browser contacts them to load these elements.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website, its database and its files.

Cookies and storage in your browser

• Session cookies: they protect forms against forged submissions, keep you signed in to the client area and keep the assistant conversation. They are needed for the site to work.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga): they tell visits apart for the statistics.
• Session storage: small details for the current visit only (how the visit started, an animation already shown). It is cleared when you close the tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Forms and the client area need the session cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and messages as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on our work together. Quotes, invoices and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. A client area account stays active as long as we work together. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

The website runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to requests and to the client area is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure: if you think your account has been misused, tell us right away.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or to delete it, and stop receiving our emails. Write to support@cyrusmanagementgroup.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
