The short answer

Two fixed offers cover most small businesses. Site Express is one page — your offer, your contact details and a form, in up to five sections — for $790, produced in one working day once your content is received and approved. Site Business is a site of up to five pages (home, services, about, contact and one more) for $1,490, with a first version online within 24 hours and the finished site in about five to seven working days.

Both prices include the design, the build, a site that reads well on a phone, a contact form, the titles and descriptions search engines read, and the launch on your domain. You own the site, the code and the domain.

What the market charges

In September 2026 we compared the published prices of freelancers, template shops and small agencies, in Orlando and across the United States. The ranges below are what those pages said on that date; they are not quotes.

  • A one-page site: $330 to $499 at productized template shops, delivered in about two weeks; $600 to $1,200 for a custom design by a freelancer; $1,500 to $3,500 at a small agency.
  • A five-page site: $1,497 to $4,000 with a freelancer or an Orlando independent; $2,500 to $6,000 at a small agency.
  • An additional page: $75 to $500. A care plan: $50 to $140 a month. Hosting alone: $17 to $30 a month.

Our two offers sit at or below the low end of the freelancer and agency ranges, and above the template shops. The difference with a template shop is the work: a site written for your business and hand-coded, not a theme filled in, and a working day of production rather than two weeks. We do not claim to be the cheapest; we claim a price written before we start, and kept.

What makes the price move

The options are priced one by one, and the estimator on the pricing page adds them before you contact us.

  • An extra page beyond the five of Site Business: $190.
  • A page we write for you from a short interview, when you would rather not write: $99 per page.
  • Replacing an existing site: $190. We move the content over and redirect the old addresses, so the traffic you have is kept. This covers sites of up to about twenty pages; larger ones are quoted.
  • A second language, English and French or English and Spanish: $149 including the first translated page, then $49 per page.
  • Online booking with a tool such as Calendly, Square or Acuity, set up and matched to your site: $190. A form in several steps: $190.
  • A blog or news section: $290. A starter logo: $390.

What is billed separately

A few costs are never in the price, because they are not ours: the domain name, registered in your name and billed at cost; stock photos and paid fonts; the subscription of a booking tool, if you choose one that has one. You provide your texts, even as rough notes, and your logo and photos.

After launch: nothing, or a plan

A site needs a server, updates and backups. You can take that over yourself: there is no monthly fee. Or you pick one of two plans. Hosting only is $19/mo a month. The care plan is $69/mo a month: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small changes. Care Plus, at $149/mo a month, adds more time for changes each month.

Either plan can be stopped. The site stays yours.

When a website is not what you need

Some projects are called a website but are something else, with their own starting price. An online store — products, payments, orders — starts at $1,990 on Shopify, for up to fifty products. A customer portal or an internal tool — accounts, documents, requests — is a web application, from $2,900 plus $99/mo. Each is quoted after a short discovery call, and each has its own page on this site.

How to get your exact figure

The estimator on the pricing page adds your options and shows the total, with no sign-up. Then a quote in two short steps gives you the price, the pages, the rounds of revisions and the timeline in writing. Nothing starts before you approve it, and the figure in the quote is the figure on the invoice.
